Just received my lump sum bonus today together with my credit card cashback

Yes same, I got total 1.5% today.

1.0% for Joy@Work
0.5% for Spend
1.0% for Save
0.05% base rate

Total 2.55%

Will go for the Pay bonus at >RM10k tier this month. Should be able to then get 4.05%, which is a pretty good rate.

What categories you go for and is it correct?

I still can login to their Joy@Work site, but I have not regularly use/deposit into my RHB Smart Acc for over a year now

Not sure, but I have extra interest, amount exactly same as my save interest . maybe there r other categories that I accidentally got it..

Anybody knows if we can get BOTH bonus interest and loyalty points, or only qualify for one of them? If you can only pick one...how/where to do so?

From the T&C (Clause 1.28):

There are 2 options available to earn from the RHB Smart Account:
a. Bonus Interest Rates or
b. Loyalty Points

Very nice new interface that transparently shows your bonus rewards. You can make the choice between earning higher interest rate or loyalty points here. Only accesible via online banking.

How long only the "Smart Rewards" tier level for Pay, Spend and Deposit \will appear on the RHB apps, if i newly open the RHB Smart account today? Why it's not reflected immediately?

Mine also same doesnt show up, just got the account today. Is it normal ? Or i missed something ?

It's abnormal for mine case. The CS told me should reflect instantly, so I told them to correct it. During your account opening, did you mention to sign up for bonus interest rate?

RHB update no more show this fulfillment tab , wonder why. Even the branch i go also say no more, only can know the interest when they credit each 15th of the month.

early this year also no more tracker for what bonus interest we fulfilled... need to track urself...

meaning we need to choose whether we wan bonus rate or points? if we didnt choose, what will it be, didnt receive email said we need to choose.. so, i thought we will just continue to get bonus rate.,..
