 Recommendations for Mont Kiara Subsale

Hi All

Looking for recommendations on Mont Kiara Subsale properties around 600-650K, preferably 3 bedrooms for investment. After looking at a few areas, I have decided that Mont Kiara is likely my preferred choice especially for long term rentals.

Based on my research, it seems that I could likely get Vista Kiara, Casa Kiara 1, I-Zen, Laman Suria, Kiara Designer Suites.

I am leaning towards Kiara Designer Suites at the moment due to its slightly newer age and proximity to Garden School. Although located at at Jln Kiara 3, it does have a second entrance at Jalan Kiara 5.

Based on my budget, would there be any other developments that you would consider at Mont Kiara? Appreciate all comments

If vista kiara is in your short list than should consider pines / Palma /pelangi too

Thanks, but these condos are really old and will require lots of capital for refurbishing.

Hi all

Still looking around this area. Appreciate inputs for price range around 650 for 2-3 bedroom in MK subsale. Based on units I saw, I like Vista Kiara for the size and location but maintenance wise, Kiara Designer Suites seems like the best for the price. Appreciate advice on these 2 units and reasons for your choice

It’s not impossible. He just has less options - either opt for way older development or a smaller size unit. Good thing is that maintenance is generally good and even older units will have rental that outpace new units at the same price in capalang locations.

Yep . But with this budget , why mk ? Is like previous me , die die want mk , but budget elek . Slowly , the dream will come true . Stay vista , see tepi punya r22 . I will feel small . Hmm . Maybe just me . Btw just my 2cents

Comparison is the thief of joy. If the cosmopolitan lifestyle appeals to you and the location is convenient enough for your day to day then why not? MK is quite good in that regard as there are multiple price points for tenants and owners. Market for investment and own stay is solid.

Or would you rather be in the prettiest building in the middle of nowhere? I know which I’d pick.

I’d say look at those on Jalan Kiara 3 near the Malay kampung. You’ll get the size for the price you offer but buyer beware. If you want a better location then opt for a smaller unit.

If investment is what you aiming for this is very good value, lease hold is common nowadays. Step into tenant mind set, they always want best location newest building and budget in rental. This one tick all the chk list biggrin.gif
