Recommendations for Mont Kiara Subsale

Hi All
Looking for recommendations on Mont Kiara Subsale properties around 600-650K, preferably 3 bedrooms for investment. After looking at a few areas, I have decided that Mont Kiara is likely my preferred choice especially for long term rentals.
Based on my research, it seems that I could likely get Vista Kiara, Casa Kiara 1, I-Zen, Laman Suria, Kiara Designer Suites.
I am leaning towards Kiara Designer Suites at the moment due to its slightly newer age and proximity to Garden School. Although located at at Jln Kiara 3, it does have a second entrance at Jalan Kiara 5.
Based on my budget, would there be any other developments that you would consider at Mont Kiara? Appreciate all comments

Hi all
Still looking around this area. Appreciate inputs for price range around 650 for 2-3 bedroom in MK subsale. Based on units I saw, I like Vista Kiara for the size and location but maintenance wise, Kiara Designer Suites seems like the best for the price. Appreciate advice on these 2 units and reasons for your choice
