It's not a disease but ignorance

Sexual deviance like homosexuality and transgender on other hand is a disease that must be eradicated

A transgender woman was murdered in Malaysia on Thursday.

According to the Human Rights Watch, Sameera Krishnan, 27, was “brutally murdered” in the city of Kuantan on Thursday at 03:30.

Krishnan’s funeral was held on Friday, her birthday.

According to the police chief in the city, an investigation has been launched into her killing.

LGBT+ people in Malaysia are shunned socially, and do not necessarily enjoy protections under the law.

The Prime Minister of Malaysia back in 2015 cited Islam in saying that the human rights of LGBT people will not necessarily be protected.

Najib Razak spoke at an international Islamic moderation seminar in Bangi Selangor, to say that his administration will adopt some human rights protections but not those which conflict with Islam.

Noting LGBT rights, he said that some of the “more extreme aspects of human rights”, would not be defended by Malaysia.

He said this was in line with the Islamic teaching of balance and moderation.

“Although universal human rights have been defined, we still define human rights in the country in the context of Islam and the Shariah,” he said

Malaysia’s highest court has dealt a major blow to the trans community there, later in 2015.

Malaysia’s Federal Court upheld a ban on cross-dressing, which sees trans women criminalised.

Earlier this year, a government-sponsored video surfaced which said homosexuality can be ‘cured’ following a training programme."

Giving some people no rights and they are absolutely allowed to become targets to be murdered, reminds me a lot of the China Communists during the "Great Leap Forward" and "Cultural Revolution" hmm.gif

When majority of country people and policy is racist, it's no longer ignorance. It's disease.

Sexual deviance is personal and only part of terrorist agenda that we should not be part of.

Any closure on this case? It kinda baffles me because the victim is an Indian and not a muslim, yet the article mention about Islam etc. Not just this article, if you Google the victim names, there are several articles insinuating the case is related to Islam hard-line view on transgender.

There is another article that mentioned she was supposed to be a witness for a trial about her own kidnapping by gangster.

8 April 2017

Five brothers aged between 19 and 30 were picked up by police Thursday afternoon in connection with the murder of a 26-year-old transgender in Kuantan recently.

They were arrested at their home in Taman Eng Ann in Klang and taken to the Kuantan district police headquarters to assist investigations.

The Kuantan magistrate's court granted a seven-day remand order for the five brothers on Friday.

All five brothers have criminal records.

According to a police source, more are expected to be detained in connection with Sameera Krishnan's murder in Kuantan on Feb 23.

Sameera, who worked for a florist, was shot and slashed in the early hours of the morning.

She was the main witness in her own kidnapping case that took place two years ago at the Sungai Rasau toll in Klang.

In that incident, Sameera was abducted, tortured and was rescued when another motorist noticed her tied-up in the back seat of her abductors' car.

Two men were arrested and charged under Section 3(1) of the Kidnapping Act, which carries the mandatory death sentence.

It is also learnt that Sameera had allegedly been abducted due to a financial dispute between her captors and one of her close friends.

Sure laws are a lot more TG friendly in Sweden, but they are a lot less visible in the public space in Sweden than Msia.

And Puas not happy with the limited power syariah law has over punishing them.
Why do you think they keep pushing for hudud? They want Shariah court to have more power and heavier punishment.

They already force people to join their conversion camps

But I guess people think can do business means no discrimination.
No wonder BN gang keep harping Malaysia no racial discrimination since they say nons can make money. doh.gif

We have so many TS "service providers" here who come travelling from many different countries. They all seem to like Malaysia very much. Online list is just an online list compiled by SJWs sitting behind a keyboard. Reality on the ground is different. Obviously be smart and don't try and organize pride parades and shit, and you'll be fine.
