That's the proper treatment, same like depression,ADHD and other mental issues counseling can only do so much. They need hormone treatment and surgery. Just let them transition it doesn't affect you.

Edit : proper recognized treatment does not include taking hormone and taking surgery.

Because not everyone has access to the treatment. In most countries they do not have access to hormone pills or surgery.

But let's say la surgery or hormone doesn't work, so it's still funny and entertaining when they suicide?

If your treatment actually works then it should have matched the average population rate.
