a lot of features coming to iOS 17. Especially the 'Standby'.

iOS17 is pretty much a boring update. Brings almost nothing except that Standby feature which has a good reason for it's existance. Other than that, I feel everything else is just a mere gimmick.

Also, iOS 17 is sunsetting iPhone 8, 8+ and X.

It is indeed a very underwhelming update. Improved autocorrect also listed as a feature? really?

Trust me next year iPhone Xs, XR and Xs Max also not getting iOS 18 update

Consider quite good already, supporting 6 years software update

Meanwhile Android getting 4 years of software update (Samsung selected model), while Pixel only 3 years laugh.gif

i think this is probably the first newly launched iOS update that i couldn't be bothered with installing a dev-beta. not worth the hassle.

I upgraded to iOS 17 when it was just released in Developer Beta, and I have been using it for over a month without encountering any issues with banking apps. The banking apps I frequently use include HBL Connect, MAE, M2U Biz MY, OCBC Bank, Rize, and Standard Chartered. Of course, other finance-related apps such as BigPay, Boost, TnG eWallet, Wise, PayPal, Setel, Atome, etc. can also be used normally.
