Orikhiv sector: night battle near Novoprokopovka
situation as of 14.00 September 28, 2023

At the moment, all the fighting in the area is taking place near the Rabotino-Verbovoye line, where the AFU are trying to wedge themselves into the Russian defense. There is a lull in other places: in the same Pyatikhatki, where the AFU unsuccessfully tried to advance in the summer, it is now relatively calm.

🔻 At night, Ukrainian formations decided to launch an attack on Russian positions near the village of Novoprokopovka with an armored group of two tanks and three infantry fighting vehicles.

The enemy was quickly discovered from the air: according to Archangel Spetsnaz, (https://t.me/rusich_army/11066) after the first vehicle was destruction by an ATGM, the entire column turned around and began to retreat, during which another piece of equipment hit a mine and was abandoned by the crew.

🔻 Despite the failures, the Ukrainian command does not plan to abandon the onslaught and is carrying out rotation. Several more units of the 71st Jaeger Brigade were sent to the rear for restoration, and assault groups of the MTR of Ukraine arrived at the line between Rabotino and Verbove.

Also spotted on the front line were two German-made Leopard 2A6 tanks from the 12th separate tank battalion. And foreign mercenaries were transferred to Malaya Tokmachka and Novodanilovka.

At the same time, in recent weeks, the AFU have suffered significant losses from the actions of the Russian Aerospace Forces, which are actively carrying out airstrikes on the front line with bombs containing JDAM. The increased intensity of their use forced the enemy to transfer additional Western-made air defense systems to the site.

Lyman-Kreminna sector:
situation by 15.00 September 28, 2023

After the advance of Russian troops towards Torskoye at the end of June, there was relative calm in the sector. The fighting boiled down to mutual artillery shelling, drone strikes and firefights.

🔻 In Serebryansky forestry, west of Kremennaya, units of the Russian Armed Forces are storming individual strongholds in order to take a more advantageous tactical position. From time to time, videos from captured positions and captured members of the AFU appear on the Internet.

🔻 At the same time, the Ukrainian command fears the resumption of hostilities in this area and is trying to strengthen the lines. In particular, in the direction of possible Russian attacks from Dibrov and Balka Zhuravka, additional fortifications are being built.

🔻 To the south in Seversk there is a concentration of forces, including the transfer of armored vehicles, which can be used both in Kremennaya and in the Soledar direction. At the same time, the formation of the next assault unit was completed there, which has already been sent to the front line.

However, there is still relative calm in the area. Yesterday there was even an unusual episode when, at the formation level, the parties agreed on a temporary ceasefire in order to remove bodies from no man's land for burial.

But it did not last long - the AFU used the humanitarian truce to strengthen their shelters, and less than an hour later they began working with artillery again.

For the soldiers of the Russian Armed Forces, however, this development of events did not come as a surprise at all: they only once again saw with their own eyes the attitude of the enemy towards their fallen comrades.

Kherson direction: concentration of AFU Forces forces and strikes on the islands
situation at 17.00 September 28, 2023

In the Kherson direction, Ukrainian formations continue to accumulate forces, while simultaneously continuing attempts to gain a foothold on the islands on the Dnieper.

🔻 The enemy landed another batch of manpower in the northeastern part of Aleshkinsky Island. However, Russian troops observed these actions and struck the area where manpower was concentrated. After this, the AFU evacuated the wounded by boat to the village of Nikolskoye.

🔻 In the central part of the island of Pereyaslavsky, the Russian Armed Forces worked on an observation post of Ukrainian formations, and also hit another boat with personnel that left the village of Nikolaevka.

🔻 The enemy also notes the intensity of Russian aviation’s use of guided bombs with JDAM modules. In recent days, the Aerospace Forces have indeed carried out a series of precise attacks on the positions of the AFU on the islands and the right bank of the Dnieper, causing them losses in manpower. In addition, at night there were explosions again at the Kulbakino airfield.

However, the Ukrainian command does not yet plan to abandon its plans, as evidenced by the arrival of new units in the Nikolaev and Kherson regions. And in Nikolaev itself, a new round of mobilization began with the distribution of notices on the street, which fully fits into the framework of the enemy’s latest activities in the south.

In addition, we would like to add that the other day another column of military equipment passed through Dnepropetrovsk in a westerly direction: 133 units and about 600 people, probably from the command of the Marine Corps of the Ukrainian Navy.

19 combat reconnaissance and amphibious assault vehicles, three BTR-70, one BTR-4E, one Humvee armored fighting vehicle, one infantry fighting vehicle, two control and communications vehicles based on the ZIL-131 passed through Dnepropetrovsk under their own power. Additionally, the trawls had three Krab self-propelled guns, one Gvozdika self-propelled gun, two BRDMs, and one Humvee armored fighting vehicle.

Among other things, along with the rest of the equipment, three heavy mechanized bridges TMM-3 were seen. This indicates the transfer of engineering formations to the Kherson direction.

❗️ The ongoing transportation of equipment and personnel to the west confirms that the Armed Forces of Ukraine intend to conduct a large-scale operation in Crimea and the Kherson region. In Bereznegovate and Vladimirovka in the Mykolaiv region, the headquarters of the 35th and 36th brigades have already been deployed.

And now, while the "cannon fodder" from the territorial defense is trying to gain a foothold in the island zone of the Dnieper, the command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine continues to form a strike group along the river and the Dnieper-Bug estuary.

Wagner Fighters Spotted In Ukraine's Battlefield Again After Prigozhin's Death | Report

Volodymyr Zelensky's nightmare seems to be coming true amid a 'failing' counteroffensive. Wagner fighters have reportedly returned to Ukraine's East after Yevgeny Prigozhin's death in a plane crash in August. CNN reported that a few soldiers are rarely spotted on the battlefield. However, Ukraine's presidential adviser claimed that these former Wagner fighters have only joined administrative ranks in the Russian defence ministry.

Ukrainian army moves part of troops from Krasny Liman to Artyomovsk — DPR official
Yan Gagin explained that the losses of the Ukrainian army in the area of Artyomovsk had reached several hundred men killed and wounded shakehead.gif

DONETSK, September 28. /TASS/. Due to heavy losses, the Ukrainian army has redeployed a part of troops from the Krasny Liman area to Artyomovsk (called Bakhmut in Ukraine) in an attempt to storm the southern flanks, an adviser to the head of the DPR, Yan Gagin, has told TASS.

"According to our intelligence, the enemy has transferred from Kremennaya [in the Krasny Liman area] a substantial part of its group to Andreyevka on the southern flank of Artyomovsk to participate in assaults," Gagin said.

He explained that the losses of the Ukrainian army in the area of Artyomovsk had reached several hundred men killed and wounded. As Gagin specified, at least two companies of the Ukrainian army, which previously took part in the battles near Artyomovsk, need to be re-staffed.

Earlier, Gagin told TASS that Russian forces had destroyed a Ukrainian stronghold near Andreyevka.

Russia’s defense lines turned out to be stronger than West expected — UK defense chief
In his opinion, observers should not expect successes of the Ukrainian counter-offensive in the short-term perspective whistling.gif
i.e. dream on, never gonna win... 🤣

LONDON, September 29. /TASS/. Ukraine’s counter-offensive proceeds slowly because Russia’s defensive lines turned out to be stronger than the West expected, the chief of the UK defense staff, Admiral Tony Radakin, was quoted as saying by The Times.

In his opinion, observers should not expect successes of the Ukrainian counter-offensive in the short-term perspective. Radakin believes that "a visceral war" is now being waged, and winning it would require both military and economic might.

"It’s the military that wins battles, but it’s the economics and that sustainability that tends to win wars," he added. nod.gif

Radakin went on to say that Ukraine’s operations are hampered by the lack of military training for the country’s mobilized soldiers. He also explained the lack of progress by "the wide variety" of military vehicles and equipment in service with the Ukrainian troops, who now have to use both Soviet-made and Western weaponry. Moreover, he hinted that the Kiev government was probably too late in launching its counter-offensive. shakehead.gif

"When you look at the start of the counteroffensive, there were points where Ukraine wanted to assure itself of a bit more equipment, more ammunition, then it went into a bad period of weather and that impacted [it]. Then you’ve done some of the wargaming and made assessments about Russia and then in actuality some of those Russian defences have been stronger than first anticipated," the UK admiral said after visiting Kiev with the country’s Defense Secretary Grant Shapps.

Ukrainian forces have been making unsuccessful attempts at an offensive since June 4. Russian President Vladimir Putin said on September 12 that Ukraine had lost 71,500 servicemen and about 18,500 tanks and other armored vehicles by that time. Russian Defense Minister Sergey Shoigu said on September 26 that Ukraine's losses had exceeded 17,000 people over the past month alone, while the "counteroffensive" had failed to make any significant gains. shocking.gif

While Bandera sympathizers, sycophants and propagandists keep harping on that the Russian economy is in shambles, running out of men and materiel they never talk about the Ukrainian economy under the corrupted nefarious Bandera regime lead by the puppet 🤡 diktat Zelensky... 😆

Chronicle of the special military operation
for September 28, 2023

Today, the Ukrainian DRG tried to break through the border in Staroselye in the Belgorod region. Russian troops managed to repel the raid of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, however, against the backdrop of enemy failures at the front, such attacks may become more frequent and begin on the borders of the Kursk and Bryansk regions. This is evidenced, among other things, by the increased activity of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in Kharkov.

Fighting continues in the Serebryanskoye forestry, where the Russian Armed Forces are expanding the zone of control west of Kreminna. Somewhat to the south, near Seversk, the command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine is concentrating forces that can be used in both the Starobilsk and Soledar directions. Clashes also continue at the Rabotino-Verbovoye line and in the vicinity of Staromayorsky.

Meanwhile, the Ukrainian command is actively building up the grouping of troops in the Kherson region. A large convoy of equipment in the direction of the south passed through Dnepropetrovsk. At the same time, work continues on the transfer of sabotage groups to the islands on the Dnieper. In response, the Russian Aerospace Forces are actively using modernized FABs with UMPK modules, successfully hitting the objects of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on the right bank of the river.

On the strengthening of the NATO aviation grouping in the Baltic States

Yesterday, the press service of the North Atlantic Alliance announced the transfer of two E-3A long-range radar detection aircraft to the Siauliai airbase. One of the Sentry has already flown from the Turkish base of Konya, and the second is likely to arrive soon.

The news was accompanied by standard wording about the threat from Russia and the need to increase NATO's capabilities on the Baltic flank. 150 service personnel will also be sent to Šiauliai.

🔻Indeed, the deployment of two E-3As in Lithuania will significantly expand the detection radius of Russian aviation and air defense in the northwestern part of the Russian Federation, as well as in Belarus. This is despite the fact that the Italian G-550 AWACS aircraft has already been deployed on Siauliai.

This looks especially curious against the backdrop of the frequent flights of strategic aviation of the Russian Aerospace Forces from Olenya for strikes on Ukraine. Their appearance in Lithuania simplifies the observation of bombers of the aerospace forces.

However, earlier for this it was quite enough constantly on duty E-3A from other air bases, such as Geilenkirchen. The fact that they were placed near the borders of the Russian Federation may mean that the Alliance is preparing for some important events in this direction.

Meanwhile,

In the southwestern part of the Black Sea, suspicious NATO intelligence activity is again noted: in the same area north of the Bosphorus, an American RQ-4B UAV and a British RC-135 aircraft are circling.

Also, just to the south, the Turkish ATR-72 base patrol aircraft of the Turkish Navy monitors the surface space. Prior to that, two American MQ-9A Reaper drones were in this zone all night.

🔻 Such NATO activity in the Black Sea, as a rule, is observed at the time of the presence of the ships of the Black Sea Fleet there. And this is usually accompanied by attempts to attack them with unmanned boats: NATO intelligence directs the BECs and evaluates the results.

How Americans transport military equipment for Ukraine across the Atlantic

The day before, the US House of Representatives approved new assistance to Ukraine in the amount of $300 million by a majority vote, and, despite the curtailment of the Ukraine media project, no one plans to stop supplying weapons yet. In this regard, we decided to show how weapons from the United States get to Europe as part of the supply of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, participation in exercises and the implementation of the Atlantic Resolve program.

Despite the obvious advantage in speed, air travel plays a much smaller role in the supply and transfer of American military equipment and units to Europe because of its high cost.

▪️The main method of transporting heavy military equipment across the Atlantic Ocean is sea transportation on ro-ro ships. The monopolist in this area is the American operator American Roll-On Roll-Off Carrier (ARC), a subsidiary of the Norwegian Wallenius Wilhelmsen.

Ro-ro ships allow you to transport large volumes of wheeled and tracked vehicles: Bradley combat vehicles, missile systems, including HIMARS systems. However, due to their increased instability on the water, ro-ro are not suitable for transporting goods that cannot be fixed inside the ship. For these reasons, ammunition is loaded onto container ships or other vessels for transport using the breakbulk method, in which the cargo is placed on the ship using a crane.

▪️Another problem associated with ro-ro ships is the lack of the necessary equipment to work with them in many American and European ports.

The bulk of the equipment for Ukraine is loaded in the American port of Beaumont (Texas) and at the docks of the air base in Charleston (South Carolina). Unloading operations are carried out in Bremerhaven (Germany), Gdansk and Gdynia (Poland), Aarhus and Esbjerg (Denmark), Klaipeda (Lithuania), Alexandroupolis (Greece) and Muuga (Estonia).
