    f. entertainment city called Tropicana Paradise, which will consist of indoor water theme parks, ski resorts, aquarium restaurants, roller coasters, go-karts and more
    g. LBS also have a lot land on genting

the water theme park tropicana isnt a confirm thing for now, right?

Can rent Airbnb ma… that is main point selling this project… why still want to stay at the peak?

I believe they relocate Arena of Stars to this place is to attract people to stay there. Imagine if there's not even a single major attraction at XinTianDi then its probably going to be hard to sell this project. Now at least for concert goers some will prefer to stay there after concerts.

Also once Arena of Stars is relocated, the existing empty land maybe Genting can use it to expand the themepark or do something else. I believe Genting has this figured out.

FYI , all rooms will have same furniture until bedsheets and curtains  & electronics , same layout even door access are all digital

Read it somewhere, AK gonna manage under their hotel arm which currently have one in Jalan Imbi

If got propoer management like Genting Group or AK then worth to buy for investment.
Else if rely on those so call Airbnb management company sure kena makan one.
Dishonest one will eat most of your rental and give you penny or your unit will be in a mess.
