Hi Sir, the list price for a 3-room 973 sq ft unit looks like about RM 920,000 , i.e. RM 945 per sq ft , correct ?

Any developer rebate / discount ?

but i myself is not favourable because genting property is high risk, high return type, not my cup of tea.

2. Arena of stars 2.0 that for 16k audience.
3. Facilities of the condo.
4. 3 rooms type is limited. And Airbnb popular choice is 3 rooms.

Based on my quick research, Xintiandi seems to sell at a cheaper price comparing to Tropicana Twin Pines, about 10% lower Per Square Foot price and yet offer nicer internal design and furnishing, and with more variety of common area facilities.  Do you agree ?
