A RM20 bil gross development value (GDV) mix-development project that will be situated at an altitude of 914.4m (3,000ft) above sea level in Gohtong Jaya, Genting Xintiandi brings forward a mixed-use development centred around Live, Work & Play.

Spanning across 24.3ha (60 acres), Genting Xintiandi is a mixed-commercial hub with service apartments, hotels, bus terminals and commercial space jointly developed by Genting Malaysia Bhd (GENM) and Aset Kayamas.

The development consists of 37- to 60-storey high-rise buildings with a panoramic view of the city skyline which consists of eight phases with Phase 1 now open for viewing at the sales gallery.

Phase 1 features four towers of fully furnished service apartments, with 2,600 units designed with the needs of the diverse homebuyers in mind.

It comes in three types – Type A has a built-up size of 42.2 sq m (454 sq ft) with one bedroom and one bathroom, Type B has a built-up size of 63.8 sq m (687 sq ft) with two bedrooms and two bathrooms and Type C has a built-up size of 90.4 sq m (973 sq ft) with three bedrooms and three bathrooms.

Phases 2A and 2B will also include service apartments and business space while Phase 3, located in the centre of the site, has been proposed as a commercial hub consisting of a bus terminal, hotel and business space.

Phases 4, 5, 6 and 8 have been planned as service apartments, while Phase 7, facing the main road, will be developed as service apartments and business space as well.

I thought economy very bad. Ppl complaining not enough money for living but got money for property. Haha

I do get the idea where IronManz boss is coming from. AK and Genting also want to maintain their reputation, most importantly it’s gonna be one of the flagship development for Genting group in Gohtong Jaya area.

But I mean things could have change by the time they vped.

It’s their choice to put their hard earn money in or not. It’s totally up to them and things we can only do are just remind and give suggestions. At least they’re well informed about it with the least regrets.

It’s opposite Petron station. But the actual site of the first phase is right behind their sales gallery.

When’s the official launch?

It’s quite a hype among investors. But dk whether it will materialise in the future when they handover.

You know I know Trop*** changed their plan for their township after selling quite a number of units to purchasers.

Wah market so good hor. I thought many complains about GH is oversupply. Hmm 🤔

That’s worrying tho from what I see.

It’s great to have great influx of people that helps in boosting the locals economy. But on the other hand, what to be implemented to accommodates? Infrastructure upgrade? Meanwhile environmental concerns and issues has to be addressed as it is located on a higher ground/ hill and not the flat land.

Developers have to address all these concerns for a sustainable development. If fail to do so, developments are actually placing buyers in risk.

It’s neither beneficial to both parties. And the state gov have to really step in as it will eventually affect the local residents safety. Please not let another disaster to happen then only we rushing for solutions.
