QUOTE(bee88 @ Oct 2 2023, 12:12 PM) If compared to the famous ones in KL, about the same. The issue is the waiting time which has gotten better nowadays after covid (you can now make booking). I have my own experience with him but wouldn't want to comment here. Better read facebook or other forums on comments. |

zyrtec is great to stop the itching, so no scratching to worsen it.

Pfizer + booster ruined my life. Well, not entirely ruined but I'm miserable all the time due to lack of sleep because of the itchiness/open wounds/leaking yellowish liquid. Every couple months it flares up, go see doctor, get antibiotics, steroid cream, anti-itch pills, then it goes away in a few days.
After a few weeks/month, it comes back again. Rinse and repeat. I've done allergy and blood tests, and already figured out what I'm allergic to (shellfish, soy, fermented stuff, etc.) but even after cutting out all of them from my diet and going totally gluten-free, eczema still wins. There are 3 products that makes me somewhat less miserable; Aveeno skin relief body wash, Sebamed 5.5 anti-dry hydrating body lotion, and Defuzin-B cream. I know people say Defuzin-B is bad and causes black spots, but I've yet to find anything better than it for me personally. All 3 combined is still a lot cheaper than visiting skin specialist. The reason why I even visit the doctor is for the antibiotics when the wounds get infected and refuse to heal. |

QUOTE(sikongma @ Oct 2 2023, 12:11 PM) Did you sleep longer/better? I find that if I sleep 5-7 hrs, my eczema will subside. Felt like my liver's not working without enough sleep I wasn't sleeping well because of eczema (get very itchy at night). So no eczema help me sleep better, not sleep better help with eczema. |
