As long airbnb operating at proper building, then it's fair to not ban airbnb. Everyone cari makan sahaja.
Residential property 100% ban Commercial HDA service Apartment. It's better to ban either. 100% Commercial, SOFO, Office Suite (like those Arte, Scarletz, Hugoz, Kyliez, Ceylonz, etc etc). 100% allowed to do airbnb. The most debate to ban airbnb is at 1st & service Apartment. |

I read somewhere that spycam is under kesalahan kecil which resulted in RM 500 penalty. Not sure true or not. Need to ask whoever is lawyer here
