To be honest, i was slightly disappointed when they say this is a God-of-War'ish game because it looks downright boring. Now that they show the latest build of the game and it's actually a Diablo "clone", i am super hype for it now!!!

If the developer can deliver all of that & the early preview is of any indication, then say good bye to your social life as we have a winner here, a highly addictive RPG slash Action game! So far from all the preview last week (1up, gamespot, IGN), things are looking good for the game except for some framerates problem.

Izzit an RPG or Hack and Slash kinda game ... either one works fine for me. Hope there's no delays.

It's RPG/Hack&Slash , a.k.a Diablo/Titan Quest/Loki , according to PJ . Never checked on this game lately , but for once I thought it's more of DMC-ish . Don't know why the RPG elements kicked in now .

That's what i thought as well, even the developer themselves said so Last week most of the reputable game journalist visit SK studio and they thought the game feel very much like Diablo/World of Warcraft.

It better be...

As the Cybernetic God Baldur, players are thrust into the midst of an ongoing battle that threatens the existence of mankind. An ancient machine presence has forced the God's hand. Hellgate was a massive disappointment to me. All that hype... then a turd was born. Too Human looks awesome, lets hope it plays awesome too.

Pretty interesting the berserker attack are pull off by the dual thumbstick only. No button push.

WOOHOOO... at last one decent game that will attract my wife to play. She only play DIablo.. so now i cant wait to play this game with me wife. It is schedule to release MAY THIS YEAR. That will be in the US though... i guess we will get it later.

I only enjoy Diablo but not other clone after that. The console baldurs gate, champion of something something (forgot) etc all seems to straight forward especially the skill tree & level. Too bad Kuf : COD has no storyline and seems like n3 with coop only.

DMC/Ninja Gaiden hack & slash different type of genre ler. Too Human is trying to blend abit of those action with Diablo-style RPG game.

Norse mythology wha..? It's halo!! Watch the new video by teamxbox.. There is actually a human talking head (not skull like Baldurs Gate), but when i watch the video & listen to the voice...it sound very much like the Halo guilty spark, annoying as ever!

The screenshots looks good , but when I watched the HD trailers not long ago , it reminds me of Hellgate : London . Especially the animation . Im worried about this IP , it should be good but after such delays , who knows ?

Ya, the animation is pretty clunky but here's hoping its diablo'ish rpg element is good enough.

Damn... Diablo, I think I have wasted like few hundred hours of my life dedicated to Diablo 1 & 2. Definitely one of the most addicting games I've played. As for Too Human, I'll just wait and see. If the review is very good then I'll consider to get it.

The game could either bomb or probably be average. I will wait for the full review before purchasing this...but so far it's pointing towards a rent. With the announcement of Diablo 3...Too Human just feel Too...Meh.

sheetz.... my most hype game this year *sigh*

First, 4 player co-op >> then, change 2 player >> now, the game too short and repetitive *sigh again*

Geez, every single so-called "big title" "blockbuster" "game of the year" "best game of [insert expo name]" end up with disappointment, boo... or some even "epic ph41L"...

Not really , Halo 3 , MGS4 , DMC4 , NG2 , GTA 4 all meet up the hype imo .

BTW , John , how is the demo , worth downloading ?

Control isn't as intuitive as I thought. There are numerous time i try to change the camera view but end up slashing my weapon.
Hud & interface is terrible...look sub par.
The cutscene is pretty long & boring...badly done too.
Ingame graphic is quite ok, sometimes the environment is really rich & beautiful...but then sometimes it just, meh.

It's.....average i guess? Don't think I will pay full price for the game >:(
dx_treme tried the demo too and he got stuck somewhere.

The demo is out. I think yesterday. anyone did not realise, get it NOW !!!!

My friend in Aus said that the first 2 hours aren't that nice; they sux.
But after you get used to the controls, Too Human is a "must-buy". (he said, I didn't!)

yeps i agree. some games just needs getting used to and i think this is gonna be very deep. the problem is that this thing is overhyped. and i always thought the graphics on too human not that great.

The review is out 5.5 from gamespot, so dissapointing considering the hype it generated

A lot of reviews gave it low but got quite a number of sites also gave it pretty good scores. Like 8 and above.

Yeap, I played the demo a couple of times. Can't say I loved it, but I definitely like it more than GTA IV (I know I'm weird). Controls were odd but were responsive, graphics ok la considering there are no load times if you don't skip cutscenes, and also,
the whole Cybernatic-Norse thing is very intriguing to me.
I'll just give it a try, paling teruk pun rugi 160 ringgit .

Ya...it's far from too suck, it's just average at best considering the hype. I am still on the fence whether to get or not...the game is selling cheaper than usual retail price and free 1000 Microsoft point somemore. Coop...coop...coop.

The coop mode has no cutscene...which is good in Too Human case since the cutscene is really bad

Goodness... the rating is low... this is a high profile game (too high profile & too loud for its own good before launch).

To be honest, I've been anticipating this game for quite a while. Going to get it & finish it off before I get Infinite Undiscovery which is coming soon.

Cutscenes remind me of DMC series. Cheesy dialogue. Which automatically makes Baldur a bad-ass for geeks. Lol.

I dunno. I might buy this game just on the merit of it being the 1st Silicon Knights game out in a loooong while and considering I have the last two.

still, the demo didnt really do much for me. maybe its because the Valkyries freak me out. Or the fact that I have always used the right analog to control camera and find myself unconsciously swinging my sword in the wrong direction during battle.
