And maybe with someone unfamiliar on the bike. All recipe for disaster You were there today? Looks quite serious the crash. I wonder if the rider have to bear the cost. On normal showroom test rides usually sign a waiver that says something in the likes of if there's an accident, the rider is to bear the cost of repair and to not get insurance involved. Also saw the uncensored video. I feel like getting new riding boots now.... |

QUOTE(ajaibman @ May 13 2023, 10:54 PM) Or more likely some form of target fixation QUOTE(Quazacolt @ May 13 2023, 11:07 PM) if you read the indemnity, it's just waiving them liability. When I went for KTM Test ride, the form basically says what I just said. The bikes have insurance sure, but if you crash it, the company will ask you to pay for it instead of claiming from the insurance. Leather boots like forma adventure, Falco mixto, Alpinestars Corozal adventure, TCX drifter can last a long time if taken care. QUOTE(ajaibman @ May 13 2023, 10:54 PM) These tall adventure bikes really need counter leaning to corner them.If the rider try to lean with the bike they'll find that the bike refuses to go down and try to straighten back up. It's designed to correct itself, need to be forced to take a corner. |

I once went test ride with full gear.QUOTE(ajaibman @ May 13 2023, 10:54 PM) I thought from the photos, it looked more like lowside almost masuk longkang.QUOTE(ExCrIpT @ May 14 2023, 10:28 AM) last week during the auto show at MAEPS serdang, they were having a test ride at one of the carparks full of gravels and CFMOTO had like 8 bikes or more lining up just for ppl to test drive. no need sign anything, no need show license...just hope on any bike you like and go Just my guess: I think the forms are for on the road test rides. Closed course test rides maybe less stringent. Quazacolt liked this post

BMW Suzuki never had that in their indemnity forms. Not sure if that's changed now. |
