Decided to book AA. As I rarely use AA - default option was cash. Paid the guy rm 20 and told him to keep the change. Better of the cash going direct to the driver

the grab driver can literally cancel and say "i need to poop, going to be extremely late, so i have to cancel". and no one wouldve thought otherwise.

If you think rationally the Grab Driver is at fault for a bias assumption made when the customer made a clarification she wasn't drunk.
