i personally never had bad drivers, moreover my drivers are whom are mid-aged .. i rarely take Grab, but if i take will calm politely to my drivers, and about to reach home i just ask them .. "uncle / bro can u stop by at the shop (nearby home) wan buy beer to take home, very tired" .. they just agree ..
the drivers will agree bcos i just buy and go home, never consume in the car (its rude) .. upon reaching home i just tip extra money the via Grab application and they're very happy .. its just give and take policy  |
