QUOTE(viktorherald @ Apr 28 2023, 10:42 AM) i thought modern cars will have buttons on the steering wheel instead, that can use thumb to adjust volume, switch radio channel skip song etc Well, standard base/variant probably dont have them. I personally loved it despite the lag sometimes . And there's a rare bug where it maxed out the volume (no, the button was not stuck)...forcing me to shut the DIN down.

Good. Hopefully Proton and Perodua know about THIS.
And can come up with a statement like Hyundai and Nissan did.

I've used the touchscreen less than 5 times in my years of driving my car, the lag makes it a pain to use even when parked. Buttons and knobs > sei sohai touchscreen

Stupid trend started by Tesla.
And Tesla copied from Apple: Taking away features and market it as a feature.
