Thanks for the inside sharing, genesis.Never thought of that aspect, just assumed that mining pools that are left like that won't lead to soil erosion, because no soil is manually disturbed nor land reclaimed, but soil movement is a valid concern. These days there are many so-called lakeside condos, so the risk is there and real. |

Checked out the spot cause its next to Puchong Legenda landed.
Pros: Super good location - Next to LRT & IOI mall - walkable to the Setiawalk side (i think?) Cons: seems quite dense Not sure how they're gonna manage car traffic flow. There's a small roundabout outside which I'm not sure if is enough since PL residences will also use that exit. Maybe developer is banking on people not driving.. Opppsite IOI will be IOI Bouvelard, Setiawalk will be a distance walk tho
