Looks like not under IOI development. Location quite good, beside IOI Mall & Puchong Jaya LRT station. And very easy access to LDP & KESAS highways. Good for own stay or investment..can consider . This website provide more info...

Do l need to enter LDP and drive towards the toll but take "an underpass" Uturn (that connects the Kasas) and join back LDP then take another "above ground" Uturn beside the Binari Kolej/Uni?? [The route is super ultra jam during peak hours]

Is there any internal road/route from the site to the mall that skips all the hassle spelt above???
