I had problems with my razer pro|click on my iMac too. I suspect it was due to the razer driver.
I tried the mouse on my MBP (without razer driver), everything is fine except can't use those side button.

Just remove the razer driver or wait for razer to come up with the new driver for leopard.

i think it should be better for you to do the fresh install..
because u can fully utilized every each function in the Leopard. (correct me if i'm wrong)

you can upgrade,
but just for reminder,
maybe the problem that u are facing in Tiger will brought forward after u finishing the leopard installation

for those who doesnt want to re-install the apps that oredi in the Tiger..
just go ahead..upgrade it from Tiger to Leopard..

i read more people got problem later on with upgrade than with install...
so i think you should jump on the bandwagon and do a clean install

I just installed Leopard 5 minutes ago.
I only got one problem.
Where can I get a higher resolution for that Aurora wallpaper ?
I love the picture but I hate the BLUR effect. DAMN

Not sure if I am on the right thread but need some confirmation fr all the sifu here.

I'm using iphoto 08. One thing I notice is whenever I create a new event, it will "duplicate" itself in terms of the storage size. Meaning, in the iphoto library, it will consume the storage space, and at the same time the physical size for the photo itself. For my photo storage in iphoto, the library size itself is around 40GB!!!

Is there any alternative to iphoto?

Thanks.

Im thinking of getting a leopard with Imac with an intention of apple remote desktop from my mbp. Is it possible?

My mbp screen may be smaller than an imac but my imac is very far from my bed. Yes, my vision is getting worse, cant see subtitles from far anymore. It is mainly to view movies and pictures only.

My mbp runs on 10.4.11

May I know that exact specs of your Mac Mini, could be background processes. Check in "Activity Monitor". Also, remember to check your login items.

Guys. Need some help. Got a new 24" iMac last week. Everything works fine. Then this morning, when I switched on the unit. Everything on the desktops, including dock icons and menu on the top are not responding to clicks. Strangely, the Download window is open and I can navigate items in there via the keyboard (tab, spacebard and arrow keys). When I move over the icons on the dock, they still animate - but just does nothing when clicked. I've tried restarting the unit several times (force quiting, as the Apple icon where the Shut Down function is located is also not accessible) Appreciate some help and advice. Thanks.

Note: I've searched apple's website and found that u can simultaneously press Command-Option-Esc to force quit - but now, its not an application thats frozen but the entire desktop.

May I know what does it do? Is it like a Mac OS X Check cause "C" stands for something like check.

All the best. Since it's so new, you can send it back to where you bought it from .

By pressing the "C" button on the keyboard will boot with optical drive.

You still can press "option", it is the same like how you boot into Window using Bootcamp. Just that press "C" will straight boot without optical drive.

Oh yea, I forgot. Last time when I installed the Mac OS X Leopard I also had to press "C". blush.gif
