It's official! October 26th is the launch date... Anyone placing pre-orders?? Prices around the world are the same with Tiger, so i suppose the Malaysian retail price would remain at RM579 (single license) and RM899 (family pack)...

This is what I am interested also. Just bought my 24" Alu iMac at 5th of Oct..and if it does apply in Malaysia, then I am eligible for a an upgrade, at a minimal price.

Will call Apple Malaysia and post back.

No Macbook refresh? Money burning in the pocket, but if Leopard doesnt come hand in hand with a new Macbook refresh, im gonna be a bit miffed, since im waiting for Leaopard's release before getting a Macbook.

Just being curious, how many of you Mac users actually use an anti virus program under Mac OS ?

I find that those who use anti virus apps under OS X r usually those who had just switched over from Windows. Partly due to it being a habit, and also partly not wanting to copy files that may have been infected over to Windows running either under Parallels or Boot camp. But most of them would tend to stop using the AV after a while, as they start to use Windows less and less, and spend more time on OS X.
