It is crucial not to fight against fate but to work with it.
二运	Two Opportunities: Fortunes can change. Having good fate does not necessarily mean having good fortune. Fortune, like the seasons, varies throughout life. Some may experience prosperity in early, middle, or late years. Opportunities are akin to luck, with ups and downs. It's crucial to wait for the right time, seize opportunities, and progress positively during peak times, stepping back during challenging times. Major life cycles occur every ten years, with smaller cycles every five years. Overall, waiting for the right moment and seizing opportunities is the key to success.
三风水	Three Feng Shui: Feng Shui is the wonder of nature. Good Feng Shui nurtures, while bad Feng Shui harms. It emphasizes the significance of a favorable environment. Learning basic Feng Shui knowledge is essential to understand the impact of one's surroundings.
四积阴德	Four Accumulate Virtue: Establishing accomplishments through goodness. Good deeds bring good rewards, and virtue attracts companionship. A virtuous life ensures the support of others. The saying 'A thousand people's accusations, not sick but dead' underscores the importance of accumulating virtue. By doing good and avoiding evil, one can extend life, increase wealth, and protect future generations.
五读书	Five Read Books: Knowledge changes destiny. In today's society, knowledge plays a vital role. Reading enriches one with knowledge and culture, guiding them away from life's pitfalls. Reading is a powerful tool for personal and societal improvement.
六名	Six Name: Names and titles. A bestowed name can be as valuable as treasures. Famous individuals often have names that reflect their virtues or characteristics. Reflect on your own name and its significance.

九交贵人	Nine Connect with Influential People: Associating with virtuous and influential individuals. Moral, wise, powerful, wealthy, healthy, beautiful, and well-informed people are considered influential. Building connections with such individuals depends on fate and shared encounters.
十养生	Ten Health Maintenance: The way of nurturing life. Diet, exercise, meditation, sleep, emotions, daily routines, clothing, massage, bathing, habits, and hobbies all contribute to maintaining good health.

"We're all going to die one day.

Is there any achievement or purpose to life?


Someone answered: 'Happiness.'


To be happy, we need money, so we work hard all our lives to earn it. However, most of us hate the work we do, meaning every moment is unhappy.



Day after day, we feel further away from the goal of happiness due to education debt, home loans, medical bills, and the cycle of working every day just to make money for the rest of our 70 years.


What do we get at the end of it?


Some of us never achieve anything and therefore aren't happy. Some of us accumulate wealth and power but still aren't happy.

Let's say you have 100 million today, like everyone else.



One day you die and return to the soil. In 2024, you die;

100 years later, in 2124, does your 100 million have any meaning?


Your 100 million may be important to you, but no one else knows it.



You'll be found out! Will there be WW3, WW4, or in 2200, maybe Earth won't exist, or humanity will be extinct like the dinosaurs, leaving no trace of human life on Earth.

I lost 50% of my smell to covid lately (still improving). At the time I lost my sense of smell it was devastating because eating good food is a little joy in my life. And I thought about the time I am complaining about my husband's body ordour and smelly roadside stalls and toilets. I would give almost anything to smell those again.

I always thought of Jesus' word "Live a Day at a Time". Live everyday slowly, in the moment. Come what may. Enjoy the simple things, both good and bad.

I also read that human brains are basically made out of 2 variations. Optimistic or pessimistic. There's no way to change it because it is genetic neural structure. Optimistic people are driven by want. Pessimistic people are driven by fear.

Unfortunately I inherit a pessimist brain. Critical thinking but with an overthinking mental that always imagine the worst just so I don't lose my mind. Then I learn about amor fati. To embrace my fate, because I have no choice, this is the card you are given, brooding will not help. Time still passes.

The point here is, just find what works for you. That gives you peace. Some people compare themselves to less fortunate people to feel happy and calm. Some just focus on sensual enjoyment, trying to drown out themselves until they can accept their fate. Some keep themselves busy so they don't spend time thinking about meaning of life. Some hit the lottery ticket, they are simple minded, and they don't think much of things just on the day or week or month, what their current want is.

Point is, find your ikigai, or not. doesn't matter. Just do what works for you, there is no fixed KPI. not everyone wants to he happy. some wants to be fulfilled. some wants to be angry, or any strong emotion cause they like the thrill of feeling alive. our parents give us this life, we just run with it. What is there to think about. Everything is random, nothing matters, except what you focus on now.

1. Christians = to obey God's Law for a good and long life on earth and to believe/trust/have faith in Jesus Christ and His atoning Cross for going to heaven in the afterlife.

2. Jews = to obey God's Law or Torah for both a good and long life on earth and going to heaven in the afterlife.
....... Jews follow the Old Testament only, ie they reject the New Testament

3. Muslims = similar to Jews except obey Allah's Law or Sharia.
....... Muslims follow the Koran, ie both the OT and NT have been obsoleted or replaced by their Koran.

4. Hindus and Buddhists = to have good merits or deeds in this life, in order to be reincarnated or reborn into a better next or afterlife, until achieve enlightenment or nirvana or godhood, which will end their cycles of rebirths.
....... Ghosts are the spirits of the dead before being reborn/reincarnated. In monotheism, ghosts are demons of Satan.

5. Atheists = to have subjective morals according to what is good in his/her own eyes/views, ie sans the objective morals/laws of God (some atheists are hedonists or pleasurists), and they believe they will just die into nothingness or decay back into dust or atoms = no afterlife.
