on top of all my other evidences so far like those usual late crediting + missing amount, etc.

just make a complaint to BNM only. let BNM spank rize and al-rajhi a bit... let BNM force them to get their shit together..

if nobody make complaints, then no consequences for rize also for all these issues.

profit crediting late or missing still can close on eye kasi chan.

this one want transfer own money out also cannot liao.. if really emergency then just die?

i can speak calmly cause i got no due dates to chase today..

but for those need use money today to pay bills/credit card.
especially if not solved by today. cause its friday evening liao. Next working day is Monday, 4th.

so those got bills to pay between 1st to 4th really hoseh hailat liao

rize deserve some serious repercussion for this whole mess.

just did a successful duitnow transaction
money deducted from rize, and appeared in receiving bank

but another duitnow transaction from this morning still MIA.

tried calling at 11pm earlier but the call got put down - something something no available agent.

anyway i wanted to report it to CS to create a ticket for this issue, but the CS said it is a very known issue and they are doing transaction reversals for all the transactions affected in that time period (i.e. yesterday morning). So ask me to wait till 4th december and see whether by then the money auto credited back into Rize account or not.

If next week not yet credit back then only contact them again and they will make report/ticket for manual reversal..

giving them a call is less troublesome than typing out an email.

when you call them up, automatically there is already a ticket number being issued to you.
after the call they will also send an email to you basically describing and confirming the issue mentioned earlier in the call and what their next steps are.

obviously speaks of the severity of my issue as well if i dont need everything to be documented down in black and white from the get go.

its just 25 bucks, in my case. i aint typing out an email for that shit when i can just call them up and spend less than 3 mins on the line to let them be aware of my issue.

i deposited money into rize last night, transaction went through.

rize balance increased, but no transaction history of that deposit (but got notification in the bell icon that got money deposited)

Guess their transactions all very haywire now.

i also got deposit. many others also got deposit.. and will continue depositing....
i can even tell you right now throughout this whole month im still gonna deposit whenever i have extra.

I dont think need there's anything "brave" about it.. The 1st Dec situation sucks, but it is what it is. As long as the end of the day, i get my money and profits back.

For those who got big amount of money or urgently needed to use money but now the money is currently "stuck", I feel for you. That's why I also understand if you no longer want to continue dealing with Rize moving forward. For those who want to complain to BNM, I also support your efforts.

As for me, I know I'm still gonna keep using till 31st Dec, at the very least. So no point for me to waste my energy to yap about and be mad at Rize.

Side-note, my 1st Dec withdrawal of RM25 still not reversed. Hopefully it will get auto-reversed in the coming days. They already put out statement take few days, so imma give them that benefit of the doubt.

I'm just replying to that poster cause he was wondering why people still dare to deposit into Rize.
I dont think the majority of people's opinion is to ditch Rize because of this fiasco.

People are angry, yes.
Some have decided to pull out, yes.
But I think the majority of people are still staying with Rize, until 1st Jan at least.

Rize is going to lose ALL their customer base they have try so hard to build up the past 1 year just like that if they dont offer anything attractive.

Cause everybody knows how shit Rize's system is already.

that's why can use the same details again when you re-register rize.

anyway, that problem not exclusive to Rize. Even GX Bank recently i also kena same thing for 1 of the account i applied.
Keep telling me got something wrong and cannot proceed. but doesnt tell me what is the problem, had to figure it out myself that it is blurry IC picture doh.gif

Although not as bad as Rize. Cause Rize just doesnt tell you anything at all.

been doing plenty of money in-out transactions the past 2 days, no problems.

My 1st dec morning RM25 refunded yesterday as well.
All is good on my end.

if worried, try and test with RM1 before doing other bigger transactions

also CS said return to board rate cause they dont know what their management team decided the upcoming promo yet la..

impossible they will use board rate without offering any promo.

We already see GXBank 3% daily, so for Rize im willing to bet busuk2 also they will at least match it, if not better.
