if later you get back same full amount of interest then ok lah.
i tend to believe those who claimed they did not get the correct amount of interest
at the end
Rize topped up the shortfall and you received the correct amount right? If you dont, please recalculate,
share here surely we can check Rize paid short or not.
no they dont.
also, if your interest supposed to get is rm100. (which is around 30k deposit?)
if they late for 15 days, that's only like 16 cents by right they should top up, those differences are negligible/insignificant to go through the hassle of explaining it to Rize CS and getting them to make a report on it, which will take god knows how long to resolve cause they need to "refer to their internal team for investigation" as per.
anyway they dont, not for my case at least. Plus for my case it was missing interests, only get like 1/3 or 1/2 interest of what i was supposed to get.
So I definitely cant be assed to contact CS regarding this.
If your interest is RM300 (around 90k deposit) and they late to credit the interest for 15 days, you are only missing 50 cents.
Of all the things to pick on Rize about, missing interests from earlier missing interests is not one of them for me.
