There are fews loopholes here
1. i dont think it is related to updating as only impacted android phones - the majority cannot access it. Must be smart to trigger an attack on 1 Dec
2. Even iphone can access but withdrawal sucessful/failure, money is deducted, and never reaches destination. Now i think everyone having same nightmare as i'm when using rize
a) transfer money - succesful . Need to immediately go to another bank to verify money has deposit. [ my experience- money no arrive]
b) transfer money - failed. after few hour/immediate money got deducted. so consider missing
c) error timeout when transfer from pocket to saving but money able to transfered to main acc. [ this is so scarely as aftraid money missing even on same account]. Several update or maintenance , yet problem still persist.
d) 5% or 4% interest- they can keep it as losing money on bank is unacceptable. Now i am so scared to do any transaction using rize
3. This is not 1st month incident. Last month had the same issue but few people. Now it is thousand people
4. How many people suffer from this incident? Bank suppose to provide a reliable system and accessible when needed. However, on the 1st, everyone wants to pay cc, house loan, car loan, debt and other transactions.
5. Test rm 1 withdrawal.... mean it is not a trusted system. even rm1 successful, it failed when transfer large amount. (no guaranteed)
6. keep getting notification error ignore on app since last month. Where got any bank keep give error notification?
Only those impacted understand the feeling...But i will not use this bank forever even got any great promotion in future. Now just pray recover back missing money. It is just a 1st nightmare journey [if get back the money, if not nightmare continue]
