update on closing account..now in processing -take 3 to 5 working day. will get sms/email notification. balance will transfer to initial acc that u used for deposit. finally closing this crap bank

1. send via email. get case number
2. after 5 days no response from email. call cs and provide case number. they will checked on system and confirm my request
3. cs will forward to next team to processing 5 days
4. balance money will transfer back to initial bank use when deposit
5. sms /email will notified status after 5 days

let do some risk analysis with example: Let say you deposit 250k

Rize : 250k X 4% /365 X 30 = RM821 per month
Gxbank : 250k X 3% /365 X 30 = RM616 per month

The difference is RM 205. 250K risk loss vs RM205 per month difference.

For me not worth after 1st Dec incident (money missing, negative balance, withdrawal issue). Till today, still got people complained on FB about missing money not being refunded.

took how long? mine still not yet close after talk to them

Not allowed. Min 10, if don’t close later they charge rm8 for debit card

so far i had a bad experience when go bank counter. at least 2-3 hours to do one counter activities. if can, i prefer dont go counter.
not to forget, parking is another issue

lol...u dont need to wait till 5 days. u can read from fb the comment, got people yesterday lost money after transferring & account not tally. Make sure you know how much you have in rize else happens to people suddenly missing. (real fb comment- too lazy to screenshot)

EAR is 4% for 100k (if u do 2 activities per month, easy to hit).
If u dont do 2 activities, then u will not get 4%. This promo already running before rize come out
So far UOB is much more stable
