Today try transfer rm 500 to Fav account, but failed and keep received this SMS, anyone got face same issue?
Daily limit change to 10k. Try change to rm 200 also same

I had similar problems past 2 days. The call centre contacted me each time, to confirm, and did something in the system. Then it was ok.

Have you changed the DuitNow limit as well? Try calling them if still doesn't work

Wait 10 minute, Rize operation team call with mobile no 016XXXXXX, then ask me is it want to transfer XXX amount, then i reply yes and ask me wait 5 minute and try again

i tot its SCAM phone coz seldom pick up unknow number with mobile 012XXXXXX, 016XXXXXX, 019XXXXXX from bank... nice experience for those haven't try 1st transfer

Finally can do transfer....but many SETP, have to wait call...

Excatly what I experienced 1st time. I called them, but they called me same time lol.

Maybe their internal security settings need to be adjusted. Can't be calling customer so often, and delaying the transfers as well.

after do verification, spoken to them now all good
the only open issue i have with them is the stupid notification

personally, I won't be taking up the unknown numbers... too much scam calls using mobile numbers....

Currently I don't think they got use landline. Keep spam 3-4 call till no pick up also can not The more failed transaction you try, the more call u get

Safer way is call them back...but need wait them pick up is another issue

Need to be little official.... Using mobile numbers for banking transactions confirmation is big No No...

If scammer can use this loophole...

Small Bank, less customer, that why they got time call 1 by 1 to verify, when then customer growth bigger, I don't think this is good security method

But if in urgent case, will feel annoying as perform 1 transaction at least need 5-10 min phone call

So far I notice they use 2 016 numbers, one of which is listed in the FAQ. Probably corporate package as you say.

Save these numbers once verified as legit for future calls.

For customer confidence, they could list all the mobile numbers they use.

The person just mention "he/she from Rize bank, want to speak to Mr XXX, then say are you trying to transfer X amount of money just now and get rejected? Before proceed, can I have your IC for verification....Sometime will ask DOB"
