ok now how fast if we need money big amount

i tested 2 accounts today

8+am tried duitnow RM50k to MBB saving account,
it says duitnow cant be sent, to contact customer care,

i dont need the money so i ignored it
but within 5 mins CS called me, she asked is it me and said can proceed
do again ,success, money in instantly. ok pass

1+pm tried another account, same error message appeared
again waited for CS call, but this time no call even after 30min,
i hantam an email to Rize said i needed money urgently
then received call around 2pm, Duitnow done, money instantly into MBB SA.

acceptable i think,
hopefully next duitnow to same receiving bank account would not need call approval again.
KDI is best in this no need call approval. but no instant money .must wait till nite.

then i experimented with my various bank accounts,
found Rize would not accept Alliance bank account with 15 digits.

has anyone done withdrawal to Alliance saving account?
Any problem?

other bank accounts all seem ok,
only Alliance accounts not accepted,
it says error code 52, invalid account
i tested deposit money to Rize from that "invalid" account masuk pulak!

how did you transfer out? you use NRIC duitnow
or you managed to key in 15 digits Alliance accounts number?

Any idea how to add favourite bank account when not withdrawing?

BI do favourite transfer repeat, instantly success, no need apps approval also!
so convenient.

Rize better learn from KDI few hundredks also can,
no need fear big withdrawal lah, then people can put in more..

i withdrew few hunded ks 1-2 days ago for ASM silky smoothe ,
no calls, no block,
duitnow out at 12.10am in time
to buy ASM 2.00am
no loss of interest at all!


i dont think that is the reason.
Do it that way would only cause more people to withdraw.

The apps messed up has caused Rize alot of money methinks.

interest incorrect, money not credited here, over credited there...
short people would not let Rize makan.

banks can make money , but this chaos has caused them to lose additional money in errors in crediting

for those who want to do it manually,

take my example above

1)30.11.23 int 324.72 =total $60486.15

2)1.12.23 start with $60486.15

Dec 23=31D,

First $5k x5% x31/365 =$21.233
Balance $55486.15 x4% x31/365 =$188.501

Additional Deposits

3)8.12.23 Deposit $30k
Int =30k x4% x24/365 =$78.904

4)13.12.23 Deposit $1300
Int =1300 x4% x19/365 = $2.707


Add all int up =RM291.34
------------------------------------------------------------------------
Note, If you have withdrawal, just deduct the interest

example
20.12.23 withdraw $5000,
deduct interest 5000 x4% x12/365 =$6.575

Final interest on 31.12.23 = $291.34 - $6.58 =$284.76

this is what i like with Rize, KDI you wont be able to do this

If KDI, you cant get your money so easily,
even if you can get, you cant deposit back in time to earn same day interest.

Rize is the best,
i deposit at 11.58pm still can earn interest for the day.
deposit 2 min get 24 hours interest!

imagine if someone deposited RM10M at 11.58pm and withdraw next day
Rize would lose RM1095 buta! (1D interest)

i used 366 for calculation,
alot of ins and outs, still not bad..
2 short 32 sen, 98 sen
2 accounts extra RM10.93, RM6.97
