actually both parties also wrong

1) customer purposely go and "use" the extra fund, which is not theirs at the first place ... even if it's someone's mistake ... imagine, somebody wrongly trnasferred to you lor .... in this case, cimb idiot issues (as always!)

2) cimb also behaving like a thug, they should've exhausted all channels of communications with the customer to recover the fund... then follow procedure to take drastic action

this case, they shit their pants/skirts then immediately freeze all the accounts while attempting fund recovery. heck, most of these accounts are their salary accounts too.

what happen to the CIMB case ? out of court settle ?

Can we do fpx out of our account with Rize? Will the funds be transferred instantly to the other bank? Will there be any charges by Rize?

why dont you just use Duitnow Transfer? immediate reflect in your bank account.

50sen transfer fee applicable from RM5k* and above. less than RM5k, FOC transfer.


*some users, like myself, dont get charged transfer fee for exact RM5,000.00

Google search - Rize not with fpx. Problem solved

Anyone tried to transfer amount into or out of from your rize account this morning? Seems like something wrong. I cannot transfer money into the account from other bank and also cannot transfer out from rize account. Tried calling helpline but no one pickup after holding for 10mins and system asked to call back later.

Did you deposit into Rize and has it been reflected? I made a transaction since yesterday morning into Rize and now still not yet reflected, but the bank already deducted, not sure is Rize issue or duitnow issue.

No, i could not deposit. Sending bank blocked the transaction. I tired maybank and hsbc both same.

Yesterday 6pm i tried transfer in and out. Ok already. I guess it was maintenance.

27th nov 2am-6.30am there will be maintenance according to notice on login screen.

After 10:30 everything seems to be back to normal.

After this maintenance all interest will be paid on time

wish it will be true.... we shall see on 30/11/2023 for November Profit
