actually to put $$, Rize should be should be considered safer than other platform like V platform in view of Al-Rajhi a proper bank with very strong foothold in Arab .

but their apps bug is the main and major problem.

managed to deregister & deactivate and reactivate after few more tries and successfully transfer in..not sure if issue was on rize side or duitnow in the 1st place

wasnt expecting maybank to have the issue but i think its more on duitnow / rize because when i tried this morning (early morning like 7am) wasnt working well then later on its better..or perhaps general banking systems have issues due to salaries etc.

I must say this is the most unstable banking app I have come across. Like some people here just 2 months back didnt receive contractual rate and this month did not receive interest for the month. Their it and vendor doing this app shld be sacked. If by tmrw I don't receive the interest it is best I write to bnm so that they can take this issue seriously

my missing duitnow refunded at last after reporting to bnm. even then rize refuse to email or call to follow up. so sombong.

Give them a call then suddenly you will get an email say will need to 3 to 5 work days to look into this matter hahahah

I called at 7.48am and they let me listen to waiting music on phone for 7mins then ended my call with automated voice stating high call traffic. 😅

just made transfer out of 5k+ from rize,

money deducted, but not reflected in transaction history..

luckily did receive the money in receiving bank.

I'd have to do RM5k transfers x10 and still get blocked on the 3rd transaction. I decided to pay 50 cents for one max transaction 

i only paid 50 cents once as i never withdraw more than 5k and my account rarely hits 10k in total
is like my salary account, money come in then money go out with little left overs then masuk EPF

Previously my OCBC 360 account, I also encountered late payout of interest from OCBC before (like 1 time every 3 years). Since I already had experienced from OCBC, and Rize late interest payout is acceptable as long as it can be resolved by month end (since my Ocbc late interest payout problem settlement date was 24th last time)

But if by month end not yet resolved, it unfortunately probably langgar their T&Cs, and in turn false marketing, in turn I probably have to report to BNM and let them whack al-rajhi to wake up.

DBS Bank in Singapore has operational issues? Singapore authority MAS is quite strict, still haven't got DSB to resolve them?

I haven't received neither the October profit nor an email, and I contacted them on 1 Nov already with my case number still under investigation.. Wonder if there are still other forummers like me

After calling them at 11.30PM last night somehow they credit the profit at 1159PM.

Surprisingly I have not quote them any of my case ref no.during the call, just normal venting the frustration ask for a nudge.  Just that after the call I shoot another email to recap what we discuss during the call.
