Previously my July and August interest was wrong, get way lesser than what im supposed to get (quite a few others kena this as well).
Both times had to contact CS to let them know then only they investigate. If didnt contact them or not aware of missing interests I wonder if they just keep quiet act dont know about it..

so if anything can report to BNM as well..

It is VERY annoying though, cause this means I cant trust rize at all, so I have to do my own calculations at end of each month then check whether tally with what I get or not..

Luckily for September's payout it finally matches with what I'm supposed to get, so hopefully this issue is fixed for my account. But again, because of this my trust in Rize's calculations is zero (as i have shown previously, their calculations really fail even in their own TnC). So yea still have to keep track of it every month. Not like KDI where i can just dump and forget about it.

if we transfer RM5001 out of RIZE bank account will we be charged 50 sen per transaction ? the duitNow fee, i believe

Because i'm using RIZE as FD so won't be withdrawing until the promo rate ends.

Since day 1 opening been transferring numerous tranx more than 5k, no charge at all

I'm using it as my main SA, before hit the sack will transfer all excess from other banks to Rize

Not waive for everyone. Whenever i put RM5k, 50sen fee will appear. So i changed to RM4999 then no charges.

I get charged 50 cents too when transactions are RM5k and above 

I think TS ikanbilis and me signed up at earlier date when T&C stated 50 cents fee for transactions of RM5k above. This fee might be waived for later signups/extended promo

some people kena some people didnt kena..

some people withdraw >5k no charges, some people withdraw >5k got charges.

Hard to tell who is who with rize, so you have to kena yourself first then only know you under which category..

Send multiple emails to Rize for a week and Rize replied with automated messages. Call CS and the operator said it was IT issue and it has been almost a MONTH for minority people.

anyone facing this issue? how to fix this? Whenever I click log in the message keep popping and I have no other option but press cancel

in the past, all my contact with CS (for account creation issue, missing profit issue) have been around 11pm~1am. Even on weekend.

Cause i also saw that it mentioned 24/7. That's why i called at night.

Not sure if any changes made to it recently.

Because here's my own personal experience with Rize.

Even their email replies to me are at anything but office hours.

On my first call on Saturday afternoon, Rize redirect me to automated message which said customer service only available on certain time frames (general business hour).

On my second call on today morning able to reach the customer support and been told will investigate and “hopefully” resolved by 3-5 working days.

Tbh it is not pleasant experience for me as a bank couldn’t provide liquidity. For more context, i have around 40k in the account and trying to transfer 5k through Duitnow

I am confused as well haha,attached the exact time for both calls
