Rize send SMS because customer base is smaller, can afford to pay for SMS

Most of the banks have bigger customer base, not economical using SMS, they send email or incorporate into e-statement

That is the drawback with Rize, being a digital bank, it takes time to transfer out larger amounts. Is there any possibility to do a RENTAS OTC for urgent needs? Depositor's monies in savings account should be available for withdrawal on demand no?   

well,  they dont directly involved but al rajihi staff call me and ask me to open saving account & investment. They did check my rize acc

yup. i also surprised when they share their namecard. keep call me when i'm oversea and i did not accept their call

the long processing in their apps is   

i called their CS, was told that if its processing for more than 1 day, mean it won't go through.
due to unclear IC,
CS request to register a new account and abandon the previous application.

i register a new account and instantly able to open and transact.

not sure why their apps won't tell you to reupload IC if its unclear but instead keep stuck at the processing page
