You must have either flat foot or overpronate feets.
Koyano is a support shoes for these issues.
Good choice.

Yeah the salesperson attending to me said I had flat foot. I had no idea before that.

I was skeptical before that because kopitiam conditioned me to believe salesperson dont give a fuck, just promote whatever in their kpi and even if that was true in this case, it worked out for me.

Look at the wear on the rubber sole of your existing shoes.
You can roughly tell.

Thanks for this. I've always noticed the back part of the shoe which looks normal but I havent looked at the sole.

i recently got the Asics Nimbus previous model. Very nice. Latest model seems to cushy and high for me.
*
Not only high, but roll faster
Look at the front curve on the front sole
I'm ok with the cushy, very comfy

I was using nimbus 23 before this.

Yeah i think Garmin actually cooperated with one of the labs that does Vo2 Max testing, got their complete data set and incorporated it into their alrgorithm to estimate.

Got ppl shared before, their Garmin measured Vo2Max was withinkg +/- 5% what they tested in the lab.

sorry which garmin model was the test made with?

cant be similar result across all models?

If not serious running, just buy Decathlon shoes only.

those specific purposed shoes (such as running shoes) sold at decatalon are not made by running shoes company. don't expect much from it.

if want comfy and bouncy shoes, i recommend this.

25 look a bit cartoonish, but more comfy than 23.

i still prefer the look of my previous 23

Ended up buying cumulus 25. novablast3 a bit hard on the insole and is foam only.
Nimbus25 feels a bit unstable, maybe because too high and extra squishy

dont know why my adidas boost doesn't seem to fit my leg although size is right. bought it online during 11.11 sales so didn't try out first

now using for short distant run or walking only

I went to asics

They said the kayano is best for me based on how I walk

They were right

That shoe feels like the cheat code for me to run, hated running before this
*
A cheaper alternative would be Asics GT series. I have GT4000, GT2000-8, GT2000-10.

Ideally none. It's an a front to the shoe to underutlise it as a loafer

I thought a superior 40km/h (I cycle you know do you) who needs to lab test his vo2 max would respect his gear
