Bin into fitness nowadays, did some 10km fun runs and now want to go into half marathon.

But somehow my apple app keep showing my vo2 max is only 27.
But treadmill and indoor cycle show my range around 41-43.
So i want to really improve my vo2 max on apple app by deciding to jog /run outdoor.
Can recommend good our door running shoes and model?

If not serious running, just buy Decathlon shoes only.

So far i have bought their shoes memory insole that last like more than 5 years already and is still cushions well. I have 3 of their cotton shorts that is great for the price. I used to buy Forest and its way more expensive than Decathlon. Recently i got a pair of MTB brake pads. These are great as well. I wanted to get their cross training shoes, but there is no design that i like.
