I think the potential shops are waiting to see how’s the customer base like. Do the Metropark residents frequent the shops there?
Any sharings from Metropark residents?

Heard from my friend R that a sushi place will open soon, now renovating.

I usually go to Mercato for last minute groceries and eat at Euro Deli + Red Cawan from time to time. Problem is there's not enough F&B selections currently and no drinks shop so very limited choices. With Alira and Southplace up, there's also more people at the park now in the evenings.

The quality of the photo can't really see that well some of the names of the shops.

There's going to be another clinic besides RS clinic? And also what's the name of the japanese place opposite red cawan?

And can't make out the other new shops at L2 besides the circular fabric.

I got this from someone on Whatsapp, best if you go sales gallery to check yourself, could be even more updated by then.

Can visit their sales gallery, this is current confirmed tenants, either already up & running or currently renovating. Sushi place and mamak rumored to open as well. Otherwise based on current shops that are opened, only Red Cawan as only standalone restaurant (The General fine dining is closed indefinitely apparently), Mercato seem to have decent amount of visitors and its Uncle Jack & Euro Deli has daily patrons too, while Anytime Fitness is pretty packed most weekday evenings.

From the sales gallery chart today looks like 180+ units not yet sold/booked

About 30% unsold. Construction is moving up fast. I think now about 20 storey already inclusive of carpark levels.
Developer has to pay all maintenance fees for unsold units just like normal buyers.
Hopefully when they open up the road after construction had completed, more people will come.

Was interested in the 06 unit at around 1000sqf (870k before rebate). 90% loan approved for MBB and RHB at around 3.8%. But sadly have to cancel the purchase due to some work related issues.

Plan changed, decided to rent there for a bit first. It seems very quiet there. many shops are still empty, and the Mercato seems a bit small?

Also the park at night also quite dark at 8pm, i thought there will be lots of lights.

I think the park is under jurisdiction of MPSJ.
Maybe when all developments had been completed, all the MAs can group together and do something for the park.
