each to its own i guess, the x50 is for people who wants a crossover/suv and sedans are still for people who generally enjoy driving a bit more. no right or wrong answer.

my curiosity is just that i cannot fathom why so many people bashing the new Vios left and right and suddenly named the City the better competitor when both of them are equally as good for its purpose.

the effects of globalization - vehicles meant for the masses are all related to each other one way or another (given how big corporates are buying each other nowadays).

if parts sharing (and the good ones) enable manufacturers to bring down the costs of production for cars (eg: not the purchase price but same price with more features) then it's a win-win for consumers.

so the conclusion is, am i right to say that people are bitching about how inferior the Vios is to the City was mainly because they think they could have bought a "Vios" at a much lower price (ie: Ativa, Bezza, Myvi etc) and is not actually based on merits?

Always think Honda has better and modern outlook.
