I think Wee exaggerated a bit la. 75-80% he said 85%.
Then Loke being conservative. I think the construction can finish end of 2023/ early 2024. Somehow, one must know that although project done 100% you still need months to test and trial the track before fully operate. So I guess the earliest time is 4th quarter 2024/early 2025. |
