Anyone been to the launching of this project? According to the agent it was launched on 11th Feb. Tower A is opened for booking now, but it faces MEX highway & directly facing west. Sales are slow to start with. They also have about 40% units reserved for Bumi.

I'm actually looking a house in Sri Petaling area. Looking forward for Tower B launching. I've visited to the showroom & i feel its just meh... Maybe due to my personal preferences, the tile they used in common area is 1x1. But according to the agent, this is to be confirm again next week after the developer's meeting. Another down side is the tiles in the bathroom are not fully covered to the top. For this price, it's a but disappointed, but location is acceptable for me.

Just my thoughts though.... 🙃

I already know cannot expect much from UOA. But i never thought they will be giving rumawip spec in Aster Hill..what a waste..

I rather they increase their pricing and give better spec

That hill looks too dense with only 1 small tunnel exit towards bukit jalil stadium. Not to mention Mercu, PPA1M BJ, LTAT development all in the same area with a small exit.

Seems like I have to give up Tower 2 as well.... by looking at Google Maps, there's another highway on construction right behind Tower 2.

I did visited the sales gallery, its overall good. I've even found a nice unit number because the previous owner let go after paying years of interest due to loosing his source of income. But its over my budget....

One good thing about their projects is a lot of eye candy. You pretty much have to be BMI<25 to pass through their toilet doors. Pro tip don’t get pregnant.

M Oscar is a very good effort in my books. Looks the part but I don’t know about the quality. But it’s relevant for today’s world where looks trumps all despite being hollow.

The toilet is going to be full tiles and living room are going to be 2x2 tiles. The toilet entrance is abit small, not sure is bigger than the Aster green anot as i doest visit aster green before. But still in reasonable size.

They going to build another exit toward the Landed house area ( According to what agent told me)

Mah Sing is self explanatory with all the lelong units from their projects going on. But at least Mah Sing doesn't make small toilet doors which is so damn uncomfortable and doesn't make sense at all. Wall cracks or loose tiles, that's fixable but the toilet door size is just too weird to even be a defect.

Mind to share which M Oscar nice unit number you found? What Type? and how much?

Agree with you especially "Their effort level is so low" after I went to see their show units.
They thoughts their name of UOA is superb but they are still not aware public's eyes are bright after went through several of their project, such as Aster Green, and now this Aster Hill.
This project makes me feel it's so low class, such as all windows size are so small, small balcony with cheap steel grill, very small master room (type A), no compartment to place toiletries at shower area (even little effort can see the differences), high dense 18 units per level & over 1000 units, many carparks are far to the lift, no speed ramp at carpark, price are not even cheap.
The TWO major pros for this project are Freehold and premium location (premium only refer adjacent to Sri Petaling mutual township, not to noise environment facing highway) ONLY.

There is little to no benefit of buying undercon high rise these days. The underlying risk is way too much together with development Interest. You can always get 1 right aftrt vp

tbh, most UOA projects are focused on investment/rental. thats why all of them are rather basic/non-frill. for this particular project, i think it is OK except for the price.

At night time, so many car park outside and left one lane to move out from the car park and lobby.

If park at their condo inner road, it's the residents matter.
If park till the outside main road, then become public and local authority matter jor - BIG NO on this!

Mahsing one is impossible ba, quite distance from the main road to the hill slope of mashing project lobby.
This 100m elevated land is hard for walking climb up and down to get your car park at main road.

This main road is not a highway, just a double lane one way road.
