Just pay a visit to showroom, just some additional info for who are interested. (Im not agent, just someone who are eyeing this project haha)
The toilet is going to be full tiles and living room are going to be 2x2 tiles. The toilet entrance is abit small, not sure is bigger than the Aster green anot as i doest visit aster green before. But still in reasonable size.

Facing Mex highway is around 500k something , facing Sri petaling landed house is much more expensive, 560k something, both is 8th floor, that's the quotation i get. Much more higher than you heard?

Yeah, cant really proof until the project finish, but anyways this is just a plus point for me. If they decided not to build guess im have no choice haha.

Yup Nett Price, i think the lowest price should be 490K something. 500K-(8x1000), `1st floor, facing Mex highway.
