I stay in cyberjaya working in kl. I take klia transit, the train itself 20 minutes to reach kl sentral. Weekend drive to Ikea cheras 35 minutes. Most importantly send kids to school within 10 minutes. And MRT is operating soon.

cost of doing business = compliance cost, due to additional requirements/hype ie. in the name of sustainability, climate change, esg etc.

According to Rehda’s survey, three out of four developers surveyed reported an average increase of 13% in the overall cost of doing business against an average increase of 17% in the first half of 2022 (1H2022).

These Rehda people just want to tell you that we want to increase our selling price... that's the whole idea... nothing much... if not how are they going to leverage more from the banks or investors??? how to show shareholders they make profit??? how shareholders approve their extremely high remuneration package???

everyone understand and want to buy low sell high... but surely someone will need to buy high sell low... when it burst, just a matter of time...
