 Buy new property in 2023.., For long term stay

I need help to recommend me good new property location to buy.. budget 750k..

I'm not expert on this field.. really appreciate you can highlight me upcoming/ongoing project.. location its better toward to south klang valley as my hometown in kulai... so i can reduce traffic whenever going or back here.. n.sembilan area also ok if good environment n facility..

Most important is nearby secondary school so my wife can apply transfer there.. 2nd is easy access to the house... thnx in advance..

I think you have to shortlist the location first then look for suitable product. Can drive to cyberjaya, cyber south, sunsuria city, kota warisan etc.going around and see which location you like, can go to neighbourhood mall, parks, etc. to see the locals and if you would be happy to stay there. Explore the connectivity of each location.

Secondary school available everywhere but 15 years ago not easy to transfer, now I don't know. And school in certain area are not easy to work.

Already survey serenia, gamuda cove, kota warisan n bbst area... with my budget setia warisan tropika look nice.. but yesterday go pinggiran cyberjaya..look nice but reading old post that area seem many case.. price also look expensive n property value not really good..

if u work in KL dont buy cyberjaya. morning go to work takes more than 1hour

Can consider ForestHill Residences, damansara. New launch low density residential development which is suitable for own stay. Actual proper PJ Damansara address.

I stay in cyberjaya working in kl. I take klia transit, the train itself 20 minutes to reach kl sentral. Weekend drive to Ikea cheras 35 minutes. Most importantly send kids to school within 10 minutes. And MRT is operating soon.

RM350 if you take 31 days ticket. I was staying in Puchong and rather drive to take klia transit, just too convenient.

study a bit lah,

where is the cluster of your offices and potential office.

and your acceptable travelling time.

then mark a few area where the travelling time within that.

compare those areas with other factors, commercial, school, f&b, noise, density, parks, public transport, in and out are they limited or have options.

then you can see dy where will be your potential area.
