 Seeking for advice - Buy house which area?, Klang valley

Will you guys consider Gamuda Coves?

Personally feel that it would be a nice place to stay also for investment too.

i heard gamuda cove near telok gong area also were effected bad --- i think semi d can get around RM900k already because of this.

He meant gamuda cove is along the elite highway near KLIA there...not glenmarie cove near telok gong tongue.gif

Gamuda Cove only has double storeys; Service Condo & Bungalow. dont have any Semi D.
Gamuda Cove is not located at near Teluk Gong

Is not Alam Impian is a good place to invest now with higher ground and now Setia took over the development i can see many upcoming commercials n housing area. any of u have feed back on alam impian

Yea just passed by that area t9day... Near telok gong is glenmarie cove if i not mistaken.
