You have to format the MSPD if I'm not mistaken mate. As PSP using FAT system file. Try format it from PSP if can.

PC can detect MSPD but PSP can't detect it ? hmm.gif
Weird.
How many GB is your MSPD ? I think this shouldn't be a problem as long as it's 4GB and below.

Guys, what are the colors there for the PSP 2000?

Starting to get really addicted to the Ice Silver but was wondering, is the color actually same as the PSP 1000 Silver version? If it is, then its just beautiful on picture to me..

Even your MSPD already in FAT format, try to format again clearing off all the stuff in the MSPD and system of your previous camera. Then try to insert to your PSP and see whether it can detect.

it could be the contact pins on the mspd couldn't touch the pins inside the psp mspd reader
or that ori sandisk is too thin until psp can't detect it, and fake mspd usually is a bit thicker than the ori one laugh.gif

Ice Silver is glossy on the surface while the older Silver colour is matt (flat).

want to ask u guys,
when using 4 gb mspd, which file system u choose to format the mspd?

i heard that using PSP to format a 4 GB mspd, it will automatically use FAT32, but I heard that when using FAT32, it will introduce major lagginess in loading and streaming. Is that true? Currently I am using FAT16, formatted using PC.

So if FAT32 in 4 GB work as good as FAT16, I might reformat it to FAT32
