So was tuning into 988 radio this morning, the topic was food inflation and many whom called are from Ipoh saying the local Chinese food/noodle is beyond local affordability.

Is this due to too many KL ppl went to Ipoh nowadays, they push up the food prices there?

Yes. So it wasn't only me. Was having breakfast at a so-called famous ipoh kopitiam, price came up to rm 160 for 4 person.

Granted the food is good and we did order quite a bit but some items quite expensive for Ipoh. Curry noodles with seafood rm33. Roti bakar RM6.5.

Not saying we can't afford or food not nice but just seems like KLCC price.
