if it's true.. i recently just passby there also.. it was just a very small size panel only.. for a 20-30k solar panel is for quite a big size panel.. sweat.gif

Ok la save 10-15k - should be able to offset EV charges : whistling.gif

and save the hassles to survey to Solar provider/installer

Peace of mind is kinda priceless

i just dont understand why the developer did not include the gated guarded concept in their project...i heard those legasi series facing the problem with engage security and install the gate due to some of the residences refuse to pay for the cost of installation and the monthly fees.

GnG needs dmc. usually for stratified / leasehold. if i m not wrong

pay few hundred thousand for renovation but when comes to monthly security fee with only less than RM150 per month..they complaint expensive!!
some wanna negotiate to RM60 ringgit only they agree to pay..with this kind of neighbourhood really pengsan..imagine if only 60% agree to pay

i am not sure but my friend house is freehold with GnG. my another friend bought puchong legenda is individual title with GnG too..

Legasi is still in the mid of forming the RA, once the RA is formed, there will be a RA pro tem committee to call a meeting among the residents, I have suggested that a Managemnet office need to be established like those G+G, it is a measurement to safeguard the long run operation of RA.

I&P don’t have quality management staff who has vision in property development, however they build the best quality house in town, top in my list

i staying in G&G community with 99% Chinese kaya ... but also got some owners not willing to pay maintenance fees .... even RA is established, but there is no law to against defaulter... unless need to issue legal claim through lawyer to claim back the fees.... which is time and cost consuming...

non-paying resident is pain in the ass for g&g individual title, since the road belongs to public, RA has no right to force or stop the owner from entering his house.
most they can do is make the owner go visitor lane every time.. or put up notice on guard house let everyone see..

unlike g&g with strata act, owner can be barred to enter for defaulting.
