The land is 47m above sea level (Legasi series 60m- 70m)
Location and land condition in my choice
1. Legasi 1
2. Legasi 2
3. Irama Villa I
4. Legasi 4
5. Legasi 3

Although the land is next to golf field, the view is blocked by trees, only last unit corner have

Yes, there is a plan to convert 50% of gold land into mix development. That is about 100 acres (p/s Pavilion Bukit Jalil + Aurora + Shoplot = 60 acres)
This project is still under the control of PKB which is the subsidiary of I&P, SP Setia has no power in planning, only in-charge of sales and marketing

Building length does matter
Villa Idaman I offers the longest house being built by I&P in the last 33 years, 50 feets ground floor and 52 feet 1st floor, so far only Legasi 4 intermediate 1st floor (48 feet) is larger, ground floor is still smaller than V.Idaman.
I agree that the layout is functional, especially the porch which has no pillar, 1st time that being built too.
The only 2 setbacks are normal facade and double ceiling feature like Legasi series was taken away.
Legasi 1,2&4 can be transformed from 4+1R3B into 4+3R 3B
Legasi 3’s 4R3B into 4+2R3B

Unlikely to have link house in Bandar Kinrara, the last chapter is Irama IV, the last few plots of lands will be Semi-D or strata highrise, even they have plan to clear part of the golf area, that will be commercial used

Still under feasible study, likely the front part of the gold next to Giant, hence no likely landed development, it is either service apartment, offices cum shoplots

Widen the existing road is good, however it does not solve the long term congestion from Giant to Perindustrian Kinrara.
I am thinking to gather all BK RA to conduct a talk to our MP, SKIP AND KIDEX highways are the real solution for long term in Bandar Kinrara / Puncak Jalil / Puchong.
About 30 highways were constructed in the last 30 years, mostly cover the areas like Cheras, Ampang, Kajang, Kepong, Shah Alam, Sg Bulog, Batu Caves, Damansara, Kuchai Lama etc, Puchong is the least benefited from there development.

Legasi is still in the mid of forming the RA, once the RA is formed, there will be a RA pro tem committee to call a meeting among the residents, I have suggested that a Managemnet office need to be established like those G+G, it is a measurement to safeguard the long run operation of RA.

I&P don’t have quality management staff who has vision in property development, however they build the best quality house in town, top in my list

Irama Villa 4 series and Legasi 4 series are the last landed link terrace property in Bandar Kinrara, it is a shame that Bandar Kinrara shd be addressed Kuala Lumpur, which is sitting right on top of the border between Selangor and WP

Location is depends on 2 factors
1) Distance fr CBD
2) Surrounding environment / amenities

For my point, distance is Legasi, density and environment is Irama more favourable, maintain a distance fr those highrise service apartments
