Highly suspected their order is processed as first in last out, but graphite turns out to be less stock to be ready to deliver causes this. 🤔

Mine also ultra 512 graphite. Still stuck as processing since 2/2. 🫠

Funny la, when I questioned CS why some late order for online exclusive colour can get their device first. The CS keep replying me 'We treat every order as equal and individual, not bias to anyone'.

But truth is the truth, I also lazy argue with them, just know they are somehow screwing up their processing system.

From here I can see PO during early morning 2/2, online exclusive graphite getting their devices, same goes to late order (beyond 3/2) also have some of them getting their online exclusive version of device.
