Ordered 9/2, today finally received call from SES that my S23U graphite arrived.
Went there to collect. The staff unpacked in front of me, and immediately notice the dent behind the phone. Dafuq... Asked for exchange, they said they can't do anything. Have to call careline. So immediately I called in front of them and thr careline asked me to send an official email to them. Meanwhile I have to leave the phone with SES, pending resolution from Samsung. Damn lucky la.. ![]() What infuriates me more is their in store promotion is quite the same as PO! And ready stock somemore!! Collect the device and send it to service center. After inspection, they will advise whether a repair or a replacement is needed. 2. Don't collect the device. SES will send the device back to warehouse. And they will refund to me. I have a dilemma here. Option 1: Don't know how long it will take to get repair/replacement Option 2: Now I can immediately walk in and get ready stock from SES or other retailers. But I will miss out on the preorder offer: RM600 trade in rebate and RM400 voucher. What would be your best advice, fellow lyn?
