Why not? The 2500 tax deduction on lifestyle is always there for years if im not mistaken, there's special additional 2500 tax on the same category from 2020 due to pandamic
I am using S21 Ultra and thinking of upgrading to S23U too for the following reasons:
1. My S21U battery life getting crap, so either change battery or change to S23U 2. Better camera I am ok. Not a camera guy. 3. Better storage speed and snapdragon overclocked (but more heat). So really depends if made from TSMC or Samsung. Heard it is from Samsunug, not as good as TSMC. 4. S23U has the pen! 5. Tax deduction...
The only reason I don't want to change is the many apps I have that I need to install again and customize layouts etc. Some apps I hardly use, but the authentication will be troublesome like bank apps or those google/microsoft authentication apps. Also those overseas apps like bank apps from China etc. You can't find in Play store have to install from China app store.
So I will see what's the promotion. Now market supposed to be bad. If promotion is good I will pull the trigger.
I think change battery won't improve the battery life, exynos cause the performance and battery drain issue. Exynos and Snapdragon chipset is like day and night.
Hopefully the SD is made from TSMC, it did mentioned is specially made for Samsung but didn't mentioned made by Samsung. *fingercrossed*
For sometime now, you can actually get the middle variant of the S22 ultra for around RM4499 (that's 12GB RAM + 256GB storage), court's and lotus usually run promotions.
Seeing the S23 ultra starts at RM5699, you're paying RM1200++ for the snapdragon chip, more storage (doubled storage), 200MP camera and maybe better computational photography.
Is it worth it?
