Used note 9 before change to s21 ultra. The design is great. Loved the back camera placement..

Why don't you give your credit card issuer a call and ask them about their own 0% easy payment plan? Most banks can convert your purchase into 0% epp. Just buy whatever that you want, then call your bank, tell them you want to convert your purchase to 0% installments. They may have min purchase limit to convert the purchase.
I use RHB cc so I know they offer up to 24 months 0% epp.
